Went there with my friends for lunch! Server was such a kind, friendly, hard-working man! The food was great. Pad Thai was delicious and so were other dishes we got!! I wish there were more variety of asian drinks though. I will go back with my family again. Great experience!
I really love this place. I dined in before and have taken out as well. The staff is friendly and attentive. The inside is small and nicely decorated. They have dividers set up between seating. The food is good and they give huge portions. You get a lot for what you pay and I think the prices are very fair compared to other places. Their pho is very good. I’ve had a lot of different pho in the area and this one is one of the best (and cheapest). I recommend Pho Kim!
This place is all you need when want hibachi, sushi, and especially pho. We got all 3 and it was delicious- added bonus of fresh spring rolls. Must try!!!!
Some of the most authentic pho I've had in Pittsburgh, Pho Kim 88 is one of my favorites! Service is great, it's usually just one guy and he is very attentive to the entire seating area. You can also call ahead for take out.
Very average Asian restaurant, the food was decent and service was fairly quick. The cleanliness is definitely questionable.. there was some kind of food floating in my water jug the glasses and silverware didn’t look well cleaned. The walls around my table were smeared with food from who knows when and the bathrooms didn’t seem to have been cleaned in awhile. I personally wouldn’t come back, but again the food was decent and maybe I just had an unfortunate experience and the uncleanliness threw me off.
This place is a hidden gem! The atmosphere looks a bit run down, but you don't go for the atmosphere. The food is amazing. I've only had the pho , but it was exceptional. The service is quick and friendly. Some other reviews said service was bad and place was dirty, I haven't experienced any of that. You must go and try it for yourself.
Great customer service and one of the few restaurants that still keep spacing and dividers in place. You want to about the food, well I got a video on my YouTube channel pinosmedia that will tell you about it! I can't wait to show you my future subscriber! Enjoy the video!
TLDR: Very rude service, almost nonexistent. Food is still decent. Place is often times dirty. We were given our food with no utensils, then our food was spilled on the table and there was mold on the wooden chopsticks. Highly unhygienic and very disappointed. The server has been very rude to us in the past as well. Also has mold. Price and value is good.
Note to owners: please stop putting the paper menus on top of the plates. It’s super unhygienic. Make sure the food is hot when serving.
Went here several times for the past few years every time I visited Pittsburgh but the last few times haven’t been a good experience. Very rude service, almost nonexistent. Food is decent. Place is often times dirty. We were given our food with no utensils, then our food was spilled on the table and there was mold on the wooden chopsticks. Highly unhygienic and very disappointed. Food takes a long time to come out as well. I remember the quality being much better but now the sushi rolls aren’t properly made and the pho comes out cold. Servers ignore you. Never coming back here again. I gave it many chances even after being yelled at because the food was usually good with big portions and the price was good but now it’s gone downhill.
